How it works

2. Collect
Clients get a branded portal with each evidence request explained, due-dated and chased automatically. Only 36% of document requests come back correct the first time — this is the part that fixes that.
3. Capture
The assessor works on site, offline if the facility has no signal. Every question carries a free-text observation field the answer options never constrain, because the unexpected answer is the one that matters.
4. Draft
Findings written in audit register voice — requirement, objective evidence, nonconformity — with a citation on every claim. Output without a resolvable citation is rejected before anyone sees it.
5. Attest
A named human reviews, edits and signs. What they relied on, which standard edition was in force and which model drafted what is sealed into the record — so a challenge four years later has an answer.
The fifth move is why this business survives ten years. Regulated assurance is the one part of professional services AI does not dissolve, because someone accountable has to sign. The deliverable can be automated; the attestation cannot.
